Our Installation Process

1. In-home consultation. Every home is different. We'll walk through your space, talk about what's working and what isn't, and understand your priorities — whether that's efficiency, budget, comfort, or all three.

2. Proper system sizing. An oversized system short-cycles and wastes energy. An undersized one can't keep up on the hottest days. We size your system correctly based on your home's square footage, layout, insulation, and ductwork — not a guess or a quick formula.

3. Equipment you can trust. We install high-quality, trusted brands chosen specifically because they perform reliably and require less maintenance over their lifetime. The brands and parts you put in a home matter, and we won't cut corners on either.

4. Professional installation. A great system installed poorly is just an expensive problem. Jeremy personally oversees every installation to make sure it's done right, runs efficiently, and is set up for years of reliable performance.

5. Walkthrough and education. Before we leave, we'll show you how your new system works, walk you through the thermostat, and make sure you're comfortable with everything. No question is too basic.

When Is It Time for a New System?

There's no single answer, but here are some signs it may be time:

• Your system is 15+ years old and requiring frequent repairs

• Repair costs are approaching 50% of a new system's price

• Your energy bills have been steadily climbing

• Some rooms are consistently too hot or too cold

• Your system uses R-22 refrigerant (which is being phased out)

If you're on the fence, we're happy to come out and give you an honest assessment. Sometimes a repair buys you several more good years. We'll tell you either way.
